Catering & EVENTS

I offer catering as a long-table sharing style for your next celebration - a brunch, dinner, or snack menu. A minimum of 10 PAX order starting from 250 DKK/person. Additional costs may be:

  • delivery to your location,

  • on-site services such as serving, guided meditation or yoga practice.

I create plant-based food experiences to nourish and indulge all of your senses. My cooking is intuitive and inspired by the seasons. From yoga brunches to community dinners, I love coming together and connecting over a plate of deliciousness. Human to food, human to human, me to you, you to you - nourishing the intimate connection to the world around and within us.

In our everyday life, it is so easy to lose the connection to how we nourish ourselves. We get stuck in routines, we might feel overwhelmed to break old patterns, or avoid the discomfort of the unfamiliar. Food is an everyday choice. Food is home. Food is our roots. Food is intimate.

How can we invite growth and change onto our plate? In a way that feels nourishing and abundant, and not restrictive or limiting?

I believe that the way we eat and care for ourselves reflects back on how we care for those around us and the planet we live on. There is no one right way to live life, to eat, to breathe, or to move ourselves. We are all so uniquely different and special in our own way. It all comes back to finding yours.

For me, food is about exploration and play. It is about enjoyment and presence. It is balance and gratitude. Through my food creations, I hope to inspire you to try something new and awaken your curiosity to the fascinating delicious world of plants.
