I am a yoga teacher, plant-based retreat chef, and somatic bodyworker. 

Yoga has been a constant in my life. My yoga path started in the womb of my mother when she began hers. Even though I began my personal relationship with yoga early on in my life, yoga became an essential part in my day-to-day in my early twenties. 

As part of my yoga journey, I started to rethink the way I nourish my body and mind through daily actions, my environment, thoughts and food. It led me to living a vegan lifestyle and my passion for cooking.

In 2022, I travelled to Mexico and discovered The Triple Vagal Method™ on my own healing journey. The deep work with the nervous system resonated with me on multiple levels, thus I decided to join a training and offer soft and deeply nourishing sessions myself. As the first to offer TVM in Denmark/Scandinavia, I am excited to share the work and support others on their healing journey.
