I am a yoga teacher, plant-based chef, and somatic bodyworker.
Yoga has been a constant in my life. My yoga path started in the womb of my mother when she began hers. Even though I began my personal relationship with yoga early on in my life, yoga became an essential part in my day-to-day in my early twenties.
As part of my yoga journey, I started to rethink the way I feed my body and mind. It led me to living a vegan lifestyle and my passion for cooking. Some would say it was love at first sight.
In 2022, I travelled to Mexico and discovered The Triple Vagal Method™ on my own healing journey. It resonated with me on multiple levels, thus I decided to join a training to become a practitioner. As the first to offer TVM in Denmark/Scandinavia, I am excited to share the work and support others on their healing journey.
